The All-Leg Symptoms

All About Legs

Why da Re-Fit

Why aren't the veins you can see the whole story?

The spider veins you can see may be rooted in chronic venous insufficiency you cannot. da Re-Fit treats everything from the deepest saphenous trunks to the finest vessels in the skin — and the reverse is just as true: treating only the deep veins is not enough, because the vessels most linked to your symptoms are often the small ones lying next to sensory nerves. From the deepest vein to the shallowest, and every vessel in between — complete treatment solutions, in one clinic.

STAGE 1

The Root Cause

TargetCorrecting reflux in the great & small saphenous veins — the root vessels

Correcting the cause comes first. da Re-Fit offers a full spectrum of first-line treatments, from second-generation thermal ablation (laser EVLT, radiofrequency RFA) to third-generation non-thermal closure (adhesive closure with VenaSeal; mechanochemical ablation — MOCA — with ClariVein and Flebogrif). Surgery is tailored 1:1 to your vessel diameter, anatomy, and immune response — combined into a hybrid procedure when needed.

STAGE 2

The Delicate Refinement

TargetMid-size and small vessels beyond surgery; vessels causing symptoms that remain after surgery

Some patients still suffer after surgery — because the vessels causing symptoms are often not the named trunks, but small veins adjacent to sensory nerves. With precision ultrasound that visualizes reflux even in needle-sized vessels, da Re-Fit diagnoses and treats them through ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, guiding delicate vessel remodeling over time. It is more demanding than Stage 1 — and it is where we excel.

STAGE 3

The Future & Aesthetics

TargetSpider veins, lymphatic congestion, dull skin tone of the legs

Medicine once defined varicose disease only by bulging veins; today, evidence is growing that treating spider veins relates to symptom relief. da Re-Fit provides transdermal laser toning and whitening, lymphedema care, and venous-circulation therapy — total leg care grounded in the latest venous pathophysiology, beyond mere aesthetics. This field is still building its evidence base, and we are at its frontier, contributing through research and conference presentations.

STEP 01

Precision Ultrasound

Duplex ultrasound locates reflux and measures its severity. The scan is performed by the surgeon, not delegated.

STEP 02

1:1 Explanation

We review your ultrasound images together and first determine whether treatment is needed at all.

STEP 03

Tailored Treatment

Techniques are combined according to vessel size, location, and symptoms. Same-day diagnosis and treatment is often possible.

STEP 04

Structured Follow-up

Private recovery rooms and scheduled ultrasound follow-ups — we look after your legs beyond the procedure.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have varicose veins even if nothing bulges?
Yes. Reflux in perforator or saphenous veins that are not visible from outside can still cause swelling, cramps, and pain. A duplex ultrasound scan can confirm it.
Can I be examined and treated on the same day?
Depending on your vein condition and the schedule, same-day examination and treatment is often possible. Please mention it when booking so we can arrange it.
How soon can I return to daily life after treatment?
After non-surgical closure procedures, most patients can walk the same day, and we provide recovery guidance designed around a quick return to routine. Individual results vary with vein condition.
How long after treatment can I fly home?
For most non-surgical closures, short-haul flights are generally considered after a brief interval, but the safe timing depends on the procedure and your vein condition. We provide individual guidance, including compression and in-flight precautions, before you travel.
How are international patients supported?
We operate a real-time medical interpretation system, so consultations are accurately delivered in English, Japanese, Chinese, and more. Documentation for insurance can also be arranged.
